How to shop in the webshop

Find what you are looking for
There are several ways to find the article you are looking for:

On the left side you can click through our navigation tree/drop-down menu.

Use the A to Z list, our quick list that contains all product groups in alphabetical order.

Click on the "Quick Order" button on the left if you already know the article number of the goods you want to order.

On the left you will find our search function. Type your search term in the field and then click "Search". More information on how to search can be found in the Help under "Search tips".

Most banners (you'll find them at the top or on the right) are clickable. By clicking on a banner, you'll go directly to a campaign, product group or article.


When you have found the item you are interested in, click the "Buy" or "Select" button. The "Select" button appears in cases where you need to make an additional selection, such as choosing size or color.

Shopping cart
By clicking "Buy" the item is added to your shopping cart. The shopping cart is always displayed at the bottom of the page. Here you can see the number of items and the total order amount.
By clicking on the "Save Cart" button just above the shopping cart, you can save your current shopping cart. You can then retrieve it at a later time. You can retrieve it today or another time when you visit our e-commerce. Then just click on "Retrieve Cart" and your cart will be filled with, or replaced by, your saved cart.
If you need to make changes to your shopping cart, click the "Checkout" button above the shopping cart.

To the checkout
When you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout" which is located just above the shopping cart. When you have reached the checkout (and you are not already logged in), you must choose to log in or register.
Check that your address and the contents of your order are correct. If you want to change the number of items, enter the correct number in the field and press "Change". Clicking on the trash can deletes the item on that particular line.

Login
If you are already a customer with us, log in with your username and password.

Registration
If you have not shopped with us before, register as a new customer. Start by selecting new "private customer" or "corporate customer" and then fill in the following information needed to become a customer with us.
You choose a username and password yourself. Please note that the username must be unique to you. If the username is already registered with us, our system will ask you to choose a new one. When choosing a username, please consider the following:

select characters a - ö, A - Ö, 0 - 9

do not use spaces

Lowercase and UPPERCASE characters are counted as different, so "annikas" and "AnnikaS" are two different usernames.


If you need to change your customer information at a later time, do this under "My account" after logging in.

Confirm order
When all the information is correct, click on "Complete your order". Your order will now be displayed as it will look when it is sent to us. This is the last opportunity to change your order if something is wrong. Then click on "Change order".
If the order is correct, click "Submit your order". Now you are done with your order! (Payment by invoice)
If the order is correct, select the payment method invoice or card payment further down the page. Then click on "Submit your order". (When choosing to either pay by invoice or card)

Payment
Payment is made by cash on delivery or via card payment.
You will now be taken to a page where you are asked to fill in information about the card number and owner, etc. Click on "Pay" and the request will be sent to the bank for verification of the transaction. If the transaction is approved, you will be sent to the receipt page. If the transaction is not approved, you will be sent back to the previous page where an error message is displayed. Here is a link back to the order page.

Receipt
When you see the receipt, you know that we have received your order. This is the last page in the checkout flow. At the same time as you see the receipt, we will send an email to the email address you provided when registering, confirming that we have received your order.
Please print the receipt that appears on the screen and save it.

Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, the products are delivered immediately from our warehouse.

Order history
You can see your previous orders under "My account". If you click on an order, more detailed information is displayed, as well as all order lines. You can copy an order and use it as a basis when you want to shop again. If you click on the item code, deliveries made are displayed. In the order overview, you can see and click on a small symbol to the right if a package is trackable via our tracking function.

Returns
You have the option to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The cancellation period begins on the day you receive the goods, but no earlier than the day you receive information about the right of cancellation. Returned goods must of course be unused and faultless in unopened packaging. You as the customer are responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges or returns. Always contact us first if you are dissatisfied with the goods for any reason, or would like to return them for any other reason. If your shipment is damaged, you should contact the shipping company for compensation.

Cancellation and untriggered packages!
Remember to always cancel your order if you want to cancel your purchase, to avoid unnecessary costs. If you do not cancel your order or contact us, and the package is not redeemed, you will be charged for shipping, return shipping and an administration fee which is currently 195 SEK. If you have ordered a package and for some reason are unable to collect your shipment on time, please contact us as soon as you can by email or phone so we can extend the time the package is held at your parcel agent!

NOTE: Always provide your order number for all returns/exchanges.

   

Minimum order
We do not deliver orders with a value of less than 100 SEK.
