Refund policy

Delivery

Our standard delivery times are 2–7 business days, depending on the selected shipping method. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday. If delivery delays occur (without prior notice of an extended delivery time), please contact our customer service.

The shipping cost is 49 SEK. For orders over 300 SEK, shipping is free. Deliveries are made via DHL.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about your order. If there is any error in the confirmation, please contact our customer service immediately.

Unclaimed Packages

You must provide valid and accurate delivery information. If Klippoteket AB receives a returned package due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. For orders that are not collected, a shipping fee of 49 SEK will be charged.

Complaints & Returns

According to Swedish law, you as a consumer have the right to file a complaint about a product within 3 years of purchase, provided it is done within a reasonable time after discovering the fault. The right to complaint applies to defects originating from manufacturing and does not cover normal wear and tear or aging of the product. Klippoteket AB reserves the right to, in the first instance, repair the defect, in the second instance, replace the product, and as a last resort, issue a refund.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden).

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing products from Klippoteket AB, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive the product. You are responsible for checking that the delivery and products are undamaged upon receipt.

We comply with the Swedish Consumer Agency’s (Konsumentverket) recommendations for e-commerce.

Please note that Klippoteket AB does not cover return shipping costs.
