Shipping policy

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery times are 2–7 business days, depending on the chosen shipping option. Orders placed during weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the following Monday. If there are any delivery delays (and we haven’t informed you of an extended delivery time), please contact our customer service.

Shipping costs 49 SEK. For orders over 300 SEK, shipping is free. Deliveries are made via DHL.

Order

Once you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all the details of your order. If there is any mistake in the confirmation, please contact our customer service immediately.

Unclaimed Packages

You must provide valid and accurate delivery information. If Klippoteket AB receives a returned package due to incorrect address details or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost again. A shipping fee of 49 SEK will be charged for unclaimed packages.

Claims & Returns

As a consumer, you are entitled under Swedish law to file a claim on a product for up to 3 years after purchase, provided it is done within a reasonable time from when the defect was discovered. The right to claim applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear or aging. Klippoteket AB reserves the right to first attempt to repair the product, then replace it, and finally, if necessary, offer a refund.

In the event of a dispute, we adhere to the decision of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden).

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing products from Klippoteket AB, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive the item. You are responsible for checking that the package and products are undamaged upon delivery.

We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency’s recommendations for e-commerce.

Please note that Klippoteket AB does not cover the return shipping cost.
